This story is inspired by true events.My name is Tom and for the last 35 years I have been a TI (i.e. Targeted Individual). The book I am writing tells the story of a victim of EH (Electronic Harassment) and chronicles the events leading up to him becoming a whistleblower.Before committing resources to further this project, I would wish to gauge public interest and obtain feedback on how I am doing so far.To this end, I have attached an Introduction and the first chapter of the book which I ask you to read in its entirety.There are some who believe the Illuminati are the lead organization behind Electronic Harassment with their goal of ushering in a police state and one world order. And I agree.

It has been said the human brain in all its intricacies, boggles the mind. Its ability to send, receive and process complex impulses in a web woven by billions of neurons and trillions of connections, cast in a universe the size of a grapefruit. Electrical impulses (or signals) vary in strength and duration; branch in sequence across pathways and channels forming neural lattices. Many believe the essence and stimulus for thought, action and memory. So complex is its function that the brain can perform 20 million billion calculations per second – that’s as fast as the most sophisticated computer on earth today –- all at an
efficient output of just 20 Watts!!!
Researchers in all domains, public, private and government alike, here and abroad, began in the early 60’s to evaluate, learn, model and mimic brain performance to a fair degree, as illustrated by computers, artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic and expert systems applied today in weather forecasting, medical scanning and advanced military fighter control to name a few.
Serious attention by governmental agencies such as the CIA and the FBI was paid in the early ‘70s to such fields as neuroscience and parapsychology among others, eventually blooming into prominence today. The CIA spy program named Project Stargate, based out of Stanford Research Institute (SRI) under the direction of physics Professor Ed May, was one such program to reach fulfillment well beyond the waning years of the cold war.
Open funding for this program by Congress ended in the early ‘90s amidst great success against the backdrop of a cost conscience Congress.
The author became aware of sub-cultures or “cells” cropping up across America utilizing brain man (mind arousal/altering neurology) technology in the mid-80s though in retrospect his first known encounter occurred at a rail yard station in Newark, New Jersey in the later ‘70s, today their numbers have risen to the millions.While in 1986, the author alleges he was invited indirectly to join one group perhaps at the instigation of government due to his suspect supernatural ability. The invitation went largely ignored by the author who soon became object of harassment and records falsification at employment. This theme repeated in size and severity at each employment juncture.
The author discovered way back then that mind control over another is possible to large degree made possible by use of transmitted energy. For this to work, think of the brain like a radio designed to tune into different kinds of energy waves like light and sound. More specifically, this energy is called Pulsed Modulated Microwave ELF and exists with state-of-the-art knowledge in hypnosis, to link people, as people would connect their PCs wirelessly to the Internet. Of course, a behavioral computer and some other means are also necessary to make it so. The net effect is to read, write, block and erase memory
and thought to make possible remote viewing, synthetic telepathy, behavioral control among others.
It now, and always will remain, the author’s contention that mind control over another individual, other than consensual marriage (tongue in cheek), constitutes a clear violation of our First Amendment Right to free expression granted that before free speech comes free thought. This is to say nothing about the human soul. More on that in Chapter 1.To suppress the spread of this knowledge and technology and secure his services, the
author alleges that various factions, quite possibly a government of foreign origin, have degraded his ability to gain income through the years both personally and through his business. Manifestations of conspiracy demonstrated through the years include, but are not limited to slander, libel, harassment,discrimination and stalking among crimes of a more serious nature. Held at abeyance are U.S Constitutional amendments of Free Speech, Illegal Search and Seizure, Invasion of Privacy and quite possibly Due Process for the presumed intended purpose of Involuntary Servitude. We must use only nonviolent legal means as good citizens to reduce these occurrences.
